Today was an outstanding exceptional day in the world of Real Estate. First a little background and a little bit about this week, since this is the first post. We are Soar Realty Agents, we are a company and firm that really excels in building relationships that feel so friendly and familiar. Our team has the experience that really puts any transaction into winning terms. Soar has many agents working for the firm, but the team that I am specifically talking about has three dedicated agents, TJ McLelland, Kerry McLelland, and Thomas Vogel.
TJ McLelland is the team leader. He really is accelerating his career here in Salt Lake. Coming from North Carolina where the market was really sluggish, to one of the fastest growing and fastest producing markets across the country, he is gathering so much knowledge to become the best broker in the Salt Lake Valley.
Kerry McLelland is the team mentor. She has 26 years of experience in Salt Lake….whew that is a lot. She really has a handle on the market ups and downs, she can scope out the prime home for you and your family. The keen sense that she has for helping her clients is down right innate to her and she continues to prove valuable to our team. Mentoring those around her, she always gets the results and completes the job.
Thomas Vogel is our newest agent. Coming right out of the gate swinging, he has meticulously put together 8 perfect transactions. Each new agent statistically completes zero to three transactions in their first year, many don’t do any and then they quit. He is really crushing the market, and quickly figuring out to be one of the top producing agents in the company.
Ok, with all of that background knowledge, now I can talk about this week leading up to today. Recently with all the success with Thomas, people around me have been taking notice, and really latching on the idea of how our team does business. We conduct our business in a team fashion, really helping each other out, with clients or contracts or showings. With recent development and people seeing success, they want to be a part of the team. We have now brought on two new agents, that are starting school very soon. I would like to welcome Shaundra Smith, and Zachary Everett to our team. They will be with us for 2 years, and we will hopefully mentor and sculpt them into high powered real estate agents.
Yesterday we listed a home in Sandy, and we are already having great success there. We have 5 showing requests tonight, and we have 3 potential offers coming in. I am so excited to see what offers come in. I am particularly excited to see what the offer prices are. The market has really grown since last time I had this home listed.
