I’ve heard many people express concern about finances and paying bills during this global pandemic. I have concerns too, and I think that this time can feel uncertain for everyone. As people have asked me what for my advice, I tell them one thing: call your lenders, loan services, and/or creditors. If you find yourself unable to make payments or can only make partial payments, call the servicer to discuss your options. Be prepared to share your financial and employment situation as well as how much you can afford to pay, if any. Don’t be afraird to ask as many questions as you need.
