Ok I’ve got to be honest about this, but National Orange Chicken Day seems like a total hoax of a holiday. But, I am absolutely going to take this opportunity to celebrate. My oldest son LOVES orange chicken, especially from @pandaexpress. And I love NOT cooking dinner. So I pick up Panda on my way home as a way of celebration, and everyone is happy.
