For #wellnesswednesday, I wanted to share some of my favorite springtime wellness tips. These 5 tips are easy ways to restart/recharge/refresh and help you remain focused and grounded. What are your go to techniques for keeping sanity and peace within?

1.  Set a “good” alarm to help promote setting positive habits

2.  Use sunscreen religiously

3.  Greet the day – with warmer temperatuers consider waking up ten or fifteen minutes earlier for a morning walk

4.  Get moving – outside the gym (especially right now when the gyms are closed!) 5.  Prioritize good sleep
