fitness.realty@delany_todd I haven’t seen that around anywhere yet. Our board of realtors keeps putting out information that it slowed because of less home closings last month. We did have less….but the average price was up over 50k from last year. We are still selling them just as fast as ever, but there isnt very much inventory to sell. People that wait to buy, might be upset, when the prices just keep going up in salt lake county. We have so much growth, tech companies, down town booming with more high rises, and the dry port, will all continue to push and sustain the base line. Currently in salt lake, for every home sold, there are 2.5 new jobs added to the market….that’s more than what is qualifying to purchase the home. With job growth, comes higher wages, and purchasing power. My overall thought, is maybe 3 years from now, we could see a correction.
